We keep it minimal. When you sign in, we ask for your email address only so we can send you a secure login access code. We do not store passwords. When you vote on an app, we store your user ID and the vote value so the leaderboard stays fair — one vote per person per app. When you submit a new tool, we store the information you provide (title, description, logo and website link) so other sellers can discover it.

All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. We use secure authentication tokens, enforce HTTPS everywhere, and regularly review our systems. Only the small team that maintains Slick Deals has access, and we never share raw voter identities with app owners or advertisers.

You own your data. You can request a full export of your votes and submissions at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data. We honour deletion requests within 30 days. If you spot something that does not look right, reach out — we are real people and we respond fast.

We do not use invasive ad trackers or third-party marketing cookies. The only cookies we set are the ones required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We will never email you marketing spam — the only messages you will receive from us are your login access codes and, occasionally, important service updates.
